How do I add a new client?
Select the profile icon on the home screen.
Select Users.
Select the plus (+) button.
Complete the details, then select Create Client.
Select Users in the left menu.
Select the plus (+) button.

How do I add a new staff member?
Select the profile icon on the home screen.
Select Users.
Select the Employees tab, then the plus (+) button.
Complete the details, then select Create Staff Member.
Select Users in the left menu.
Select the Employees tab, then + Add Staff Member.
Complete the details, then select Create Staff Member.
How do I give staff and family members access to a client?
Mobile
Select the profile icon on the home screen.
Select Users.
Select the specific Client.
Select the plus (+) button vis-à-vis Team.
Choose between Family, New Staff Member or Current Staff.
Fill in the fields then select Add Team Member.
Select Users in the left menu.
Select the specific Client.
Select the plus (+) button vis-à-vis Team.
Choose between Family, New Staff Member or Current Staff.
Fill in the fields then select Add Team Member.
I am an Administrator, but do not have access to a client.
Administrator access does not automatically provide you access to all clients. To gain access to specific clients, you must add yourself as a team member for that client.
Select Users in the menu on the left.
Select the specific Client.
Select the plus (+) button vis-à-vis Team.
Select Current Staff.
Select your own profile (or others as appropriate) then select Add Team Member.
